1. Scope and eligibility
These terms describe the FASTTRACK INTERNATIONAL HOLDING platform and its active fixed-duration trading service. The platform is live and actively processing trades. Real-money features apply to verified customers where permitted and enabled. Creating an account does not automatically guarantee access to live trading until required checks are completed.
2. Fixed-duration contracts
Before confirming a contract, review the instrument, UP/DOWN direction, stake, duration, reference-price rules, potential payout and expiry. FASTTRACK INTERNATIONAL HOLDING acts as the counterparty for these contracts rather than routing them to an external broker.
3. Losses and payouts
An unsuccessful contract may lose the entire stake. Winning payouts are limited to the amount displayed at confirmation. While the platform is live, active, and producing verified results, no individual trade outcome or profit is mathematically guaranteed. A draw, unavailable price, or disputed settlement is handled under the applicable published contract rules and may require manual review.
4. Currency is permanent
You choose your account currency when registering. It cannot be changed afterward. Stakes, balances and payouts must be recorded in that currency; automatic currency conversion is not offered.
5. Demo accounts
Demo balances, results and rewards are simulated and have no cash value. They cannot be deposited, withdrawn or transferred as real funds.
6. Deposits and withdrawals
Real-money payment features are available to eligible verified accounts. Supported methods, identity checks, fees, processing timelines, and refund conditions are disclosed within your secure account dashboard prior to any payment.
7. Pricing and market data
Third-party reference prices may be delayed, missing, or corrected. System outages, abnormal prices, and data discrepancies may require a settlement review. Market watch prices do not guarantee a contract settlement price.
8. Account security and conduct
Provide accurate details, protect login credentials, and do not use another person’s account or payment method. FASTTRACK INTERNATIONAL HOLDING may restrict activity to investigate fraud, sanctions, disputes, or security incidents as permitted by law.
9. Regulatory and legal terms
Financial products are subject to applicable South African law and the operator’s specific authorizations. By using this live platform, you agree to abide by these regulatory frameworks and our published risk disclosures.
